Dr. Taoran Ji directs a research group that bridges AI research with practical application, delivering innovative and deployable solutions for complex challenges. Supported by sponsors such as the NSF, Google, CAHSI, and the Autonomy Research Institute, his work in Large Language Models and time series analysis drives active projects across domains including cybersecurity, healthcare, and autonomous systems. Prior to his academic career, he served as Director of Machine Learning at Moody’s Analytics, where he led enterprise AI efforts in credit risk analysis.
